From NYC using the Midtown Tunnel
- Take the 21 Street exit toward Van Alst Avenue/Long
Island City/Queens Midtown Tunnel/Astoria. The exit ramp
becomes 21st Street. Turn right onto Hunters Point Avenue.
Go to the next light and turn left onto Skillman Avenue.
Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn right onto 47th Avenue.
Continue to 31st Street and 47th Avenue. Make a right turn
onto 31st Street (our office building is on your left) and
continue to the last garage opening before 48th Avenue and
make a left into the garage.
From NYC using the 59th Street
Bridge - Take the upper road way. When in Queens
the exit ramp splits. Take the left fork Thomson Avenue.
Turn left onto Thomson Avenue. Turn right onto 31st Street
and go 2 blocks to the last garage opening before 48th Avenue
and make a left into the garage.
From NYC using the subway - Take the local 7 line from Grand Central Station 5 stops
to the 33rd St station. Walk two blocks west on Queens Blvd.
Turn left onto Van Dam Street. Walk one block south to
47th Avenue. Make a right onto 47th. Walk two blocks west.
Our office building is on the corner of 47th Avenue and
31st Street.
From Long Island and Queens - Long Island Expressway to exit 15 Van Dam Street. Turn right
onto Van Dam Street. Go three lights and make a left turn
onto 47th Avenue. Continue 2 blocks to 31st Street and make
a left turn heading towards 48th Avenue. Go to the last
garage opening before 48th Avenue and make a left into the
garage.
