Stephen P. Levin is
a graduate of Yale University. At Yale, Stephen majored
in Philosophy, and upon commencement received honors in
the field. Outside of his major Stephen concentrated his
studies primarily in the area of Computer Science. As such,
he is proficient in various programming languages related
to web site design including, but not limited to, HTML,
Javascript, Java, and Perl. Furthermore, Stephen has been
involved in the production of commercial web sites since
May of 1995.
In addition to his duties as President, Stephen also takes
an active role in the design process for each site produced
by Webline Designs. Stephen has personally designed many
sites including the Game Experience (www.gamex.com)
web site. In addition to designing sites himself, Stephen
also acts as project manager for the majority of the sites
produced at Webline Designs. In this capacity he oversees
all areas of development from initial layout through final
publication.
Stephen is an active member of the Queens community and participates in numerous business and cultural events in the borough throughout the year. In 2004, in recognition of his involvement and interest in the Queens community, Stephen was asked to join, and currently sits on, the Board of Directors of the Queens Economic Development Corporation.

Neil S. Levin is a graduate
of Brooklyn College where he received a BA in Economics.
Neil was the CEO of Scher, Levin & Associates, Inc. from
1971 to 1989. From 1989 to 1997 he was the President of
the Game Experience, Inc.
In May of 1995 Neil decided it was time to take the Game Experience to the next level. Already a successful mail order and retail operation, it was time to take the company global. To further this goal he began marketing his company's products on the web. Owing, in part, to the success of this venture Neil decided to devote his full time and resources to the creation and publication of web sites. Neil brings years of experience and knowledge in the areas of business development and online marketing to Webline.
In addition to his duties as Vice President, Neil acts as the primary account manager on virtually all of the sites produced at Webline Designs. As such, Neil remains in close contact with both Webline's clients and design teams. Furthermore, given his own experiences in running a successful web site, Neil is uniquely qualified to advise clients as to how to best manage their sites from initial publication, through continual maintenance and marketing campaigns.
In 2002, Neil was recognized by the Queens Chamber of
Commerce for his strong commitment to the Queens business
and non-profit communities and was awarded the honor of Business Man of the Year. Neil currently sits on the Board of Directors of both, the Long Island City Business Development Corporation and the Queens Chamber of Commerce.
